INTERIOR DRAIN SYSTEM

The interior drain system collects water, guides it to the sump pump, then pumps it out of the house through a discharge line. The main purpose behind an interior drain system is that it prevents water seepage from invading your basement.

FOUNDATION CRACK REPAIR

High Pressure Crack Injection Azo Grout 424 is a flexible, hydrophobic polyurethane designed to stop water infiltration in concrete structures. Azo-Grout 424 is naturally activated by water. In a free-rise situation, it can expand to about 750% of its original volume and yield to a 7-8 pound per cubic foot foam.

EXTERIOR WATERPROOFING

An exterior waterproofing membrane is highly effective. After excavating the walls down to the footings, the waterproofing team cleans the wall and applies the membrane. After that, the membrane is covered with a heavy duty drainage/ insulating board. Then the excavated area is filled with A6 grave and backfill dirt/soil.

ROD HOLE LEAKS

After removing the tie rods, contractors typically patch the tie rod holes with hydraulic cement or other suitable material. However, freeze and thaw cycles and ground movement might cause the patching work to wear out over time. This may make it possible for water to make its way through the holes into your basement

DOWNSPOUT EXTENSIONS

Extensions will be attached to your existing downspouts and routed away from your house. We recommend a minimum of 10ft from your foundation. If at all possible, we will incorporate your yard’s natural grading to improve the drainage flow, and help move the water away from your house.

WALL WRAPPING / INSULATING

The Flex-Foil helps reflect radiant heat energy in the summer and retains heat in the winter, increasing your home’s efficiency and decreasing your energy bills. It also seals out moisture, soil gases, and works as a radon deterrent.

PANEL CRACK

Durawall panels are non permeable moisture and vapor permanently installed to the foundation. Moisture entering the foundation is directed into a subfloor dry well.

CARBON FIBER STRAPS

The Fortress open grid technology combined with the epoxy rivet technology connects to the carbon grid to form a mechanical bond on the wall. The carbon fiber strap system is guaranteed minimum tensile strength of 234,700 psi.

CRAWL SPACE STABILIZATION & LEVELING

Basements are held in place at the top by the first floor, and the bottom by the basement foundation slab. When the center portion of the wall is not strong enough to hold pressure from the external soil, they can bow inward. A basement foundation has failed when the structural integrity is compromised.

CRAWLSPACE ENCAPSULATION

Crawlspace encapsulation improves indoor air quality, reduces energy costs and protects the home against moisture and pests.

SUMP PUMPS

Zoeller M53 -This sump pump is submersible and hermetically sealed with an automatic reset thermal overload protected motor. This automatic model includes a float-operated 2-pole mechanical switch. It also features cast iron upper and lower sleeve bearings running in a bath of oil as well as a carbon and ceramic shaft seal. Powered by a 3/10 hp motor, this sump pump has a 1 1/2" NPT discharge, a max flow rate of 43 GPM, and oil filled cooling. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

BATTERY BACK UP SUMP PUMPS
