I got 2 quotes for the foundation repair due to water coming into my basement. I chose Mega Dry and very happy I did. They came out and I received an estimate the same day plus was able to do the repairs within a week. Paul was the one who did the repair work and he went above and beyond what was quoted. He filled in a section that either broke off or was not properly done to begin with. Explained everything he did in detail so I could understand why the problem happened to begin with. Between the 2 quotes, they came in hundreds less than the 1st company and did not need to cut out anymore of my drywall to fix the cracks. They will be the company I go to if I should need anymore work of this type done.

Once again, Mega Dry Did not disappoint !! Not only were they timely, but they showed up to work and figure out our Basement water problem. Only time will tell if the issue is solved but since I essentially hovered over all aspects of the 2 day project it was evident that the team was very experienced and knew what they were doing. We were having problems with our basement flooding. They installed a new backup sump pump and also installed an interior drain system. They also installed a check valve preventer to keep the sewer water from backing up through the drain in our laundry room. This was done in February and we have not had any problems since then. It's great to be able to leave the house and not worry about what will happen if it rains.

Crew came within specified time, re-worked on sealing outside. Excellent job and looked very professional. The leak was discovered due to big snow fall in the winter.

They did an excellent job. One pump failed. The other pump was auxiliary on generac retrofitted into too small a space. We were very hesitant to kick the job off, because we are so overwhelmed with the contents in our basement and how to take down our built-in shelves.
